A boutique, not a global integrator
The large global IT integrators are built for enterprise budgets and enterprise timelines, which puts them out of reach for most mid-sized and small businesses. 3Metas is a boutique: custom work and small teams.
About 3Metas
3Metas is an independent technology group that builds AI into how established businesses already work, runs the cloud infrastructure underneath it, and builds products for startups in exchange for equity.

Practical AI that handles the repetitive work — taking in requests, sorting them, scheduling, and following up. It connects to the tools your team already uses, so your people spend their time on the work only they can do.
Explore AI Labs ↗InfrastructureWe design, improve, and support AWS and Azure environments: Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, backups and cost control. Teams get experienced cloud and DevOps capability without building a full platform organization.
Explore Cloud ↗Tech for equityWe build a founder's product against a Statement of Work and take equity as the fee for that work. Founders get engineering work, not just a check.

The large global IT integrators are built for enterprise budgets and enterprise timelines, which puts them out of reach for most mid-sized and small businesses. 3Metas is a boutique: custom work and small teams.
If it is worth doing, we build the smallest useful version, test it against your real operation, and build the rest only if that works. If we cannot see anything worth building, we say that too.
Whether a company pays us through AI Labs or in equity through Ventures, we are accountable for the outcome, not for the hours. That is the reason the holding exists.
Much of how 3Metas operates runs on AI agents, and every one is labeled as an agent. We learn your business before we change anything.
3Metas has built software through several technical eras, from the first cloud migrations to AI agents. The company changed shape along the way; the engineering discipline did not.

3Metas started in 2009 as a team of four in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and grew into a global company with representatives in eleven cities.
After years of client work, it restructured into a holding with three divisions, so it can invest in companies as a venture partner for founders who want that, or work as a regular AI lab for those who prefer a traditional engagement. In both cases, we own the results.
(senior staff)Co-founder, Business Development
Brings in new ideas and makes the case for them outside the group. Advises rather than running the day to day.
AI team member
Keeps decisions moving across the group, and makes sure what was agreed is what gets built.
05 · Process
We integrate with your people and learn how the business works before we build anything.
Quick prototypes let us test more than one idea and keep the one that works.
Short cycles, frequent releases, and changes made while the feedback is still fresh.
We stay accountable for the outcome after launch, not only for the delivery.
Every engagement starts by email at sales@3metas.com, or office@3metas.com for Ventures. If you prefer to meet in person, we have representatives in eleven cities.

3Metas builds AI into how established businesses already work, runs the cloud infrastructure underneath it, and builds products for startups in exchange for equity. Each of those is a separate division: AI Labs, Cloud and Ventures.
Either. AI Labs and Cloud work as regular paid engagements. 3Metas Ventures builds against a Statement of Work and takes equity in your company as the fee for that work.
AI Labs and Cloud publish indicative starting ranges, from $2,500–$5,000 for a first sprint or health check. Final scope follows a brief discovery conversation. Ventures equity depends on the deal.
No. That is the part we work out. We look at how the work gets done today and write up where AI agents would pay off, or that they would not.
Headquarters is in Weston, Florida, with research and development in Boulder County, Colorado. We have representatives in eleven cities for clients who prefer to meet in person.
Several roles are run by AI agents, and each one is labeled as an AI team member on this page. The founders are people.
