This Privacy Policy discloses our privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that we gather via www.3metas.com and via other submissions by you to 3Metas (together, the "Site and Services"). By using the Site and Services you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, including having your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information" as defined below) used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you may not be able to use certain parts or features of our Site and Services.
3Metas may update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy for any changes each time that you use the Site and Services and you are bound by such changes. Your use of the Site and Services following us posting a new privacy policy on our Site signifies that you agree to and accept the Privacy Policy as modified.

1. Information Collected, Use and Sharing
- If you write to us, we receive your email address and what you put in your message, such as your name and company. We use it to answer you. Our site has no accounts, orders or wish lists, and it does not ask for your age, education, gender or zip code. Our Cookies and outside tools section below describes the Google tools we use. When you load a page, our host, Cloudflare, receives the usual request data, such as your IP address and browser type.
- 3Metas will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
- 3Metas does not sell your personal information to third parties.
- 3Metas may also disclose your personal information as required by law to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, if 3Metas Corp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information, to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

Before we write to a business, we check that its email address works. A service provider that processes the address for us does the check.
Cookies and outside tools
We use Google Tag Manager to load two Google tools: Google Analytics 4, which counts visits, and Google Ads measurement, which tells us when a visit that followed one of our Google ads led to a sign-up.
What they collect. Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, whether you click the email link on our contact page, your approximate location, your browser and device type, and an identifier stored in a cookie. Google Ads measurement records that you came from an ad and which page confirmed your sign-up. Both set cookies in your browser. Both send Google your IP address and browser details when they run. Google Tag Manager only loads the other two. For Google Tag Manager, Google says it keeps no information about visitors to our site and deletes its request logs within 14 days.
What we do not do. We do not use these tools to target ads at you, to show you ads on other sites, or to link your visits to your name or email address. Google Analytics keeps one built-in list of all visitors for its own reports. We do not use it for ads, and we send it nowhere. We send Google no name, no email address and nothing you type into a form.
Your choice. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these tools stay off until you choose Accept. Elsewhere they run unless you choose otherwise. You can stop them at any time with the Cookie choices link in the footer, with a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How long. Google keeps this data in Google Analytics for 2 months. Google keeps advertising data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Who. Google. Its privacy policy applies to what it receives.
Sentry. We use Sentry to find errors on our pages. When a script on a page fails, Sentry receives the error message, the page address without its query string, the type of browser and system, and your IP address. We set Sentry not to store your IP address. We send it no name, no email address and nothing you type into a form. It sets no cookies. Sentry is off in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland until you choose Accept. Elsewhere it runs unless you choose otherwise. You can stop it with the same Cookie choices link and Global Privacy Control signal. Sentry keeps error data for up to 13 months in its US data centre. Its privacy policy applies to what it receives: https://sentry.io/privacy/.
Our forms
When you send us a form, we store your name, email, company, your message and the page you used. We use them only to answer you. We keep each submission in 23blocks Forms, our form provider. Its server logs and error reports may also hold a copy of what you send. Our form provider keeps each submission in a database in the United States. It keeps database backups for 35 days and server logs for 30 days. Like any website, our form provider receives the technical data your browser sends with the form, such as your IP address. We also send each submission by email to our team. To ask about your details, write to privacy@3metas.com.
2. Access to and Control Over Information
- You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by writing to privacy@3metas.com.
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Ask us to delete data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
3. Data Security and Integrity
The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Wherever 3Metas collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
3Metas takes precautions to protect your information. 3Metas follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, 3Metas cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Children's Privacy
3Metas does not intend the Site and Services to be used by individuals under the minimum age within the jurisdiction within which they reside without the supervision of a parent or guardian of legal age. 3Metas relies upon such parents or guardians to determine if the Site and Services is appropriate for the viewing, access, or participation by such individuals under the minimum age. If an individual under the minimum age uses the Site and Services, such individual may only use the Site and Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian of legal age.
3Metas do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor child who has provided us with Personal Information, you may contact us using the information below to request it be deleted.

We are not responsible for any aspect of other websites, including, without limitation, the privacy practices, products, services, or content of such websites. This Privacy Policy will not apply to such other websites.
3Metas Solutions are the same as third-party websites in this respect—We do not control them or the information they collect and are not responsible for their services or security. Instead, your activity and the information you provide at such other websites will be subject to privacy policies and other terms and conditions posted at such websites (or 3Metas Solutions).
You are responsible for reviewing those privacy policies and other terms and conditions before providing any Personal Information to them, regardless of whether you access them in connection with Your use of the 3Metas Environment.
