AI for small businesses in Fort Collins, Colorado
You do not have to know what an AI agent should do
That is the part we work out. We look at how the work gets done today and write up where AI agents would pay off, or that they would not. If it is worth doing, we test it on one thing first, and build the rest only if that works.
What we would look at first in Fort Collins
Fort Collins has practices, workshops, studios and services of every size. We work from Boulder County, an hour south, and this work is remote by nature — we would rather say that plainly than claim a presence we do not have.
We are not a fit for one kind of business here and not another. What we need is a real workflow, information your team already uses, and handling worth taking off somebody.
What it turns into
It is specific to your business, which is why we look first. Around here that might be:
a practice whose intake form comes back on the day, incomplete, and takes the first ten minutes of the appointment
a workshop quoting from a description that leaves out the one measurement that mattered
a studio chasing the same three details from every new client, by hand, every time
a service business whose follow-up is excellent when it happens and does not happen in a busy week
None of these start with wanting AI. They start with a follow-up that is excellent when it happens and does not happen in a busy week.
Chasing works, and it costs a person
One follow-up is a minute. Forty a week is a job nobody was hired for, and it is the first thing dropped in a busy week — which is exactly the week the unfinished forms hurt most. The chasing is not skilled work. It is just work that has to happen, and it happens badly precisely when the business is doing well. That is the kind of thing worth handing over, and it is usually the first thing we find.
Where to start
Tell us what you are still chasing on the morning of an appointment. That is usually the first thing worth collecting for you. If we cannot see anything worth building, we will say that too.
